Automated is a manufacturing company based in Tauranga. Ultimately we're in the businesses of providing smart Box Body options to New Zealand's transport industry. We do this by sourcing strong internationally renowned products imported globally which provide our customers with an extensive range of body solutions.
We are very proud of the quality of product that leaves our factory and we understand that our customers and their satisfaction are key to our success.
Introducing Neil Callaghan
Neil is the owner and manager of Automated Ltd. Having spent 10 years travelling throughout Europe, Asia and North America building truck bodies for the waste industry, Neil saw an opportunity to start a company that could offer fresh, innovative and quality products to the New Zealand transport industry and so Automated was born.
Prior to this Neil worked in the food industry for over 20 years project managing large engineering projects for Goodman Fielder across New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific.
Neil is a detailed innovative thinker, inspired by design and focused on customers needs.

We're a small but powerful team. We offer the skills and talents of a big manufacturing company but with the flexibility, resourcefulness and agility that can only be found in a small company. We are experienced and educated in our respective fields that include engineering, 3D CAD design, automotive, marine & manufacturing. We know that it's not just about building a Box. Quality, aesthetics, durability and after sales service are essential elements to be successful in the transport industry.

To keep our overheads low, we supply and stock quality bodies in kit-set form where a large part of the manufacturing has already been completed. This allows us to operate within a small foot-print and focus on efficient assembly processes and quality control.
